Blue Jays’ Yusei Kikuchi to start out Thursday’s sequence opener vs. Tigers

Toronto Blue Jays common supervisor Ross Atkins has confirmed that pitcher Yusei Kikuchi will begin Thursday’s sequence opener towards the Detroit Tigers.
